I was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, and the son of a Sheriff and a teacher.
I traded waves for cactus and hauled across the states to Phoenix where I spent my twenties. As an alumni from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business (Go Devils), I oversaw F&B operations for entertainment and major sports venues. And, I had the pleasure to work 2 MLB ALL Star Games and MLB Spring Training – 5 seasons straight! Is the Grapefruit League better than the Cactus League? You tell me!

The transition to real estate came naturally as I enjoyed crunching data and working with people especially small business owners from my venue days. Specializing in commercial real estate: I handled 1.5M square-feet-of-space (office, industrial, medical, and retail) in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico primarily for distressed assets; and, Property Management, Asset Management, Leasing, and Disposition. Plus, Residential Investment properties oversite for Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver markets ($10M+).
And in my spare time, flipped my last two houses with my wife.
Why St. Augustine? My wife and I desired giving our boys a slower lifestyle and something we both had as kids – the beach life! Who are we kidding, we also wanted the beach life again. My brother’s wife was born and raised here in St Augustine, and they currently call it home. They kept talking about this quaint beach town in 904 where everyone was friendly, great schools and idyllic setting to raise a family. So, we sold our house in Phoenix and moved to the other sunshine state to create our dream life where I launched Sold in 904 with Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Properties.
